OKCIC volunteer program was created to assist the mission of the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic

Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) has been providing health care to urban Indians in the greater Oklahoma City area since 1974. Over 19,000 patients of all ages have come to rely on the Clinic’s professional team of physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide comprehensive ambulatory care.

We need volunteers in the following areas:

Winter coat/Thanksgiving food baskets/Christmas toy distribution (Oct-Nov-Dec).

TURTLE Camp: Day camps held throughout the year designed to instill healthy behaviors in children.

Annual Red Feather Gala: The Gala has quickly become a major event in downtown Oklahoma City.  Dinner, dancing, silent auction, and original Native Art draw a large and enthusiastic crowd.

Walk for Wellness: Established in 1997 to encourage family physical activity and promote healthy lifestyles.

Other Projects: Maintenance/Construction, Children’s Health Fair and special events.
