Healthy living starts in the kitchen!
Join OKCIC Cooking in the 3rd Floor Demonstration Kitchen at 5208 W. Reno Ave. for a new cooking demonstration. This class is available to all patients and their families. No registration is required, but space is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Come learn how to cook for one, for a crowd, on a budget and more. Each class provides a cooking demonstration, recipe handout with nutrition information and a food tasting. Check the class schedule regularly for days and times.
