About: Women’s self defense classes will be lead by a fitness instructor, where you will learn skills and techniques on staying safe. Women’s Self-Defense Class is open to all women aged 16 and up who are both OKCIC patients and non-patients. For more information, please call (405) 948-4900 ext. 519.
