A week-long opportunity for a daily 30-minute chat about healthy eating with peers and a registered dietitian. We want to make eating well as you get older feel less complicated and more doable! We’ll cover important stuff like getting enough protein and fluids\, keeping your bones strong\, and supporting your brain health\, among other things.
