The program connects movement and wellness through native practices\, with sessions centered on themes such as caregiving\, elder wellness\, and men’s strength. \nThis session is designed for elders and caregivers\, connecting physical activity to traditional practices through chair-supported yoga\, gentle powwow steps\, and low-intensity movements that promote balance\, strength\, and mobility.
