Whether you are taking your very first steps into fitness\, a novice looking to improve your consistency\, or an advanced runner aiming to smash a personal best\, the OKCIC Fall Adult Running Club welcomes you. Our mission is to foster a supportive community where movement and health education go hand-in-hand. This program is led by a certified physical trainer and registered dietitian. Expect to engage in 45 minutes or running related training followed by 15 minutes of nutrition education.
