During this one-hour\, hands-on session\, everyone gets to work with a dietitian\, whipping up all sorts of tasty dishes and desserts. We focus on teaching practical cooking techniques alongside some must-know nutrition tips. It’s a great way for participants to learn new kitchen skills or really boost the ones they already have. This class is all about building those core kitchen survival skills—who knows\, we might just spark the passion in a future master chef!
