Kidney Class

Date: Tuesdays, April 14 – April 21, 2026

Time: 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Where: You will receive the location in the acceptance letter after registration.

About: This four-week class is for patients 18 years old and up with a depressed glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of Stage 1, 2 or 3 chronic kidney disease. Current nutrition referral required.

Application due by April 7, 2026.
