  1. Inform Your Provider: Make your healthcare provider aware of your condition and express your interest in seeking Physical Therapy assistance. If they agree that our services are suitable for you, they’ll initiate a referral.
  2. Referral Process: Once your provider places a referral for our evaluation, we’ll promptly receive it. Rest assured, we prioritize efficient communication and will inform you once we’ve received the referral.
  3. Scheduling Your Visit: We understand the urgency of your situation and strive to accommodate you as swiftly as possible. However, please note that the scheduling of your first visit may vary depending on our current caseload.

Our dedicated team is committed to guiding you through every step of your recovery journey. By partnering with us, you’re choosing excellence in care and a supportive environment focused on your well-being.

An appointment typically last 45 minutes.

All appointments must be cancelled at minimum 24 hours before their appointment.
