The program is designed specifically for couples who are expecting or just had a baby. Classes are held in a casual, comfortable, home-like environment with a meal provided. You attend class once a week and can choose from weekday or weekend classes. Each class is worth a set amount of Crib Cash and you’ll earn more every time you complete a class. The ADvantage Program of the Home-and Community-Based Services provides Medicaid services to help people stay at home instead of going to a nursing home. The program assists frail elders and adults who have physical disabilities. A person must first qualify for Medicaid, a low income service prior to receiving ADvantage.  ADvantage cannot be provided for children or those individuals with developmental disabilities. Provides transportation anywhere within Embark service areas. Application process required. Must have a disability that can be verified through a physician. Must schedule one-to-seven days in advance. 

Reduced transportation costs for the fixed bus routes within the OKC Metro area. Includes seniors, children (0-6 year olds are free), students (7-17 years old) and individuals with disabilities. Application process required. Must schedule one week in advance.

Reduced costs for taxi services. Individuals must be over 60 years old or a disability that can be verified. Application process required.

Provides fixed routes in the Norman area. Individuals must have SoonerCare. Must schedule 3 days in advance. 

Oklahoma City PACE Transportation Services is for seniors. Whether it’s for an appointment with the optometrist or a routine dental visit, our PACE transport team is always available to transport program participants to and from all their health care appointments.

Transportation is available on ASI’s Kiwanis Kruiser, which is a wheelchair lift equipped van. Rides are on a first-come, first-served basis, Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Reservations for medical appointments may be scheduled up to one week in advance. Reservations for shopping and other personal errands are scheduled one day in advance. Wednesday’s reservations are for Walmart shopping only. There is a suggested donation of $2.50 per one way trip.

MedRide is able to provide rides for shopping trips, doctor visits, dialysis treatment, casino trips, movies, hospital releases, church, visiting friends and family, dinner engagements and concerts. We specialize in transporting customers that require wheelchair access and we also accommodate ambulatory persons. The rear loading capabilities of our vehicles allow quicker and easier entry/exit to the vehicle.

Call transportation services at least 24 hours (one business day) in advance for your local appointment, and 72 hours (three business days) in advance for an out-of-area appointment transportation. Reservations cannot be made on Chickasaw Nation recognized holidays and closings. Transportation services utilize a before and after hours answering service for your convenience for urgent messages. Prescription pick up offered also.

Providers address the unique needs of the LGBTQ+ community and nurse practitioners that specialize in the area of Pediatrics and Women's health, in addition to core services. They also provide support groups.

Provides support, education and advocacy to LGBTQ+ persons, parents, families & allies in the community. They have monthly support groups, advocacy for all associated with the LGBTQ+ community, hosting potlucks, speakerships, film screenings, development trainings and more.
