Our dedicated social services team provides invaluable support, connecting patients and community members with essential resources such as food, clothing, and information about local programs and services.

Social Services is located at Oklahoma City Indian Clinic Bank of America Native Resource and Nutrition Center. This program is available to all current patients of Oklahoma City Indian Clinic.

Public Health Services

The Public Health department is a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, patient relations representatives, women’s health care navigator, lactation counselor, a prevention specialist and more dedicated to optimizing the health and well-being of Oklahoma City Indian Clinic patients.

St Vincent de Paul Society at St. James The Greater Catholic Church is another important ministry that serves the poor, suffering and deprived. Children & Family Family Expectations

The program is designed specifically for couples who are expecting or just had a baby. Classes are held in a casual, comfortable, home-like environment with a meal provided. You attend class once a week and can choose from weekday or weekend classes. Each class is worth a set amount of Crib Cash and you’ll earn more every time you complete a class. Elder & Disability Advantage Services

The ADvantage Program of the Home-and Community-Based Services provides Medicaid services to help people stay at home instead of going to a nursing home. The program assists frail elders and adults who have physical disabilities. A person must first qualify for Medicaid, a low income service prior to receiving ADvantage.  ADvantage cannot be provided for children or those individuals with developmental disabilities. Transportation Aging Services Inc.

Transportation is available on ASI’s Kiwanis Kruiser, which is a wheelchair lift equipped van. Rides are on a first-come, first-served basis, Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Reservations for medical appointments may be scheduled up to one week in advance. Reservations for shopping and other personal errands are scheduled one day in advance. Wednesday’s reservations are for Walmart shopping only. There is a suggested donation of $2.50 per one way trip.

Transportation MedRide

MedRide is able to provide rides for shopping trips, doctor visits, dialysis treatment, casino trips, movies, hospital releases, church, visiting friends and family, dinner engagements and concerts. We specialize in transporting customers that require wheelchair access and we also accommodate ambulatory persons. The rear loading capabilities of our vehicles allow quicker and easier entry/exit to the vehicle.
