Employee Benefits

  • Medical Insurance coverage is offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Premiums for employees, spouse and children are paid 100% by OKCIC.
  • Dental Insurance coverage is also offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Premiums for employees, spouse and children are paid 100% by OKCIC.
  • Life Insurance is provided to the employee in the amount of two times the employee’s annual salary. Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves as well as for spouse and children.
  • Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Insurance is employee paid, if elected.
  • Vision Insurance coverage is offered through Davis Vision. Vision insurance is employee paid, if elected.
  • Accident Insurance is employee paid, if elected.
  • Critical Illness Insurance is employee paid, if elected. 
  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance is employee paid, if elected
  • All professional licenses are reimbursed by OKCIC.

You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your application. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email within 24 hours. 

A recruiter will review your application and determine whether your experience aligns with the requirements of the role. Then you will either receive an email or call from a Recruiter to schedule a phone interview or an email notifying you that your experience did not meet the position requirements.
