OKCIC Home › Purchase Referred Care
Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) is health care purchased by the Indian Health Service (IHS) from non IHS providers and facilities when direct services of care are not available.
PRC is required to operate within appropriated funds. There is no authority to provide payment for services under the PRC program unless funds are available.
At OKCIC, our knowledgeable benefit coordinators are available to assist patients in navigating these programs and addressing any concerns related to them.
Patients can fill out the below PRC form and email it to registration@okcic.com with required attachments and will be called for further instructions. Patients may also fill out the form and drop off at Oklahoma City Indian Clinic with the required documents. For further questions, please call (405) 948-4900 ext 221.
If you have questions regarding a referral or generic questions for PRC, please contact the PRC for your area, see below for a list of area contacts.
