About: Talk Saves Lives is an introductory presentation on suicide prevention, developed by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). It provides an overview of the latest research on suicide as a leading cause of death and explores effective prevention strategies. Participants will learn about common risk factors, how to recognize warning signs, and practical steps we can all take to help keep ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities safe.
