According to the American Institute of Stress, over 75 percent of all visits to primary care physicians are for stress related disorders, ranging from stomach trouble to heart disease.

It is important to keep life’s major stressors in check and learn how to cope with them in order to improve health and well-being.
Stress may not be avoidable, but you do have the power to choose how to manage it. Taking time for yourself is crucial and can set you on a path to a healthier lifestyle.
The key to achieving a healthy, balanced life is to set aside time for personal relaxation. Here are a few ideas to help relax and unwind:
- Exercise

- Spend time with a friend or loved one
