Employee Benefits

  • Medical Insurance coverage is offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Premiums for employees, spouse and children are paid 100% by OKCIC.
  • Dental Insurance coverage is also offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Premiums for employees, spouse and children are paid 100% by OKCIC.
  • Life Insurance coverage through Reliance Standard is provided to the employee in the amount of two times the employee’s annual salary. Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves as well as for spouse and children.
  • Short-term disability and long-term disability coverage is offered through Reliance Standard. Disability coverage is 100% employee paid, if elected.
  • Vision Insurance coverage is offered through Davis Vision. Vision is 100% employee paid, if elected.
  • Accident Insurance coverage is offered through Reliance Standard. Accident insurance is 100% employee paid, if elected.
  • Critical Illness coverage is offered through Reliance Standard. Critical Illness insurance is 100% employee paid, if elected. 
  • All professional licenses are reimbursed by OKCIC.

Insurance is effective on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Other benefits available after 90 days employment:
