About: OKCIC patients 18 years of age and older. You will learn how to create a baby shawl for your tiny tot! A “tiny-tot” is a term used to describe a pow-wow dance category, usually under the age of 6. Pow-wows are inclusive and welcome individuals from various tribes. Shawls are a regalia item you will always see at pow-wows. Shawls are considered proper dress attire etiquette when entering a dance circle whether an individual is wearing non-native street clothes or full tribal regalia.
