About: Join us for our annual back-to-school Children’s Health Fair! Patients ages 4-18 are welcome to schedule an appointment to receive their annual physical exam; dental, vision and hearing screening; sport physical; immunizations; behavioral health services and more! A petting zoo will be at the clinic that Friday, with times be announced closer to the date.
