About: OKCIC patients ages 55+ are invited to come together to start your morning nourishing your body, mind, & spirit. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee, gentle stretching, and time spent in community. Together, we’ll share stories, languages, and traditions from the many Indigenous tribes in our urban circle. Whether you’re fluent or just beginning your journey, all are welcome to listen, learn, and celebrate culture together. Current nutrition referral required.
