Elders Archery Day

Where: You will receive the location in the acceptance letter after registration.

About: Patients 55 years of age and older receive archery instructions. It’s a great way to engage your core and upper body strength while aiming for targets. You’ll channel your inner hunter and learn about healthy eating habits along the way. Instructors are committed to making the class accessible—if your primary care provider approves, we will do our best to accommodate your abilities. Bring your motivation, and we will find a way! Current wellness check and nutrition referral required.
