Improving Heart Health in Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City Indian Clinic is actively working to help prevent and better manage cardiovascular disease in Oklahoma City through our innovative Healthy Heart Class thanks to funding from the AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation’s Connections for Cardiovascular Health Next Generation program.

About: Ongoing one month incentive-based program for current patients 18 years of age and older with elevated cholesterol or blood pressure. Current nutrition referral required.
