About: Kinship Circle is an intergenerational program designed to bring Native youth and Elders together through cultural learning, creativity, and meaningful conversation. Open to OKCIC patients of all ages. Participants will work side-by-side to create miniature ribbon skirts while sharing stories, experiences, traditions, and knowledge. This hands-on activity provides an opportunity to strengthen connections between generations, foster mutual understanding, and celebrate Native culture. By creating space for youth and Elders to learn from one another, the program aims to bridge generational gaps, preserve cultural teachings, and build lasting relationships rooted in kinship, respect, and community.
