About: Sign up for our 12-week program designed for patients ages 18+ who currently use nicotine-containing substances. Classes are held weekly for an hour. We will offer classes throughout the day to best fit your schedule. This program is designed for those without a diagnosis of diabetes or prediabetes. While attending weekly PAINT classes you will receive education tools to help you on your journey. Together we can build healthy habits
