This esteemed award signifies the clinics third acknowledgment by the foundation for its commitment to excellence and marks the first occasion OKCIC has received the achievement for outstanding organizational leadership and performance.
OKCIC’s leadership has strategically chosen the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence as the framework for its journey to excellence. The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program is the nation’s public-private partnership dedicated to improving the performance, resilience, and long-term success of U.S. businesses and other organizations. Emphasizing and aligning with the clinic culture and mission to provide excellent health care to its patients, the Baldrige criteria is seen as instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
