To serve you better, each patient is assigned to a medical care team. In order to schedule an appointment with your medical care team, please call (405) 948-4900 and follow the prompts.
Purchased/Referred Care is health care purchased by the Indian Health Service (IHS) from non IHS providers and facilities when direct services of care are not available. At OKCIC, our knowledgeable benefit coordinators are available to assist patients in navigating these programs and addressing any concerns related to them.
At OKCIC, we prioritize patient rights by ensuring respectful and informed care, while also encouraging active participation and communication, emphasizing the collaborative partnership between health care providers and patients in fostering a positive and supportive health care experience. The Community Health Representative (CHR) Program is a transportation program to assist patients who need a ride to their appointments at Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) and once a month to Chickasaw Nation Medical Center and Lawton Indian Hospital.

Sixteen percent of the SoonerCare population is Native American.
This center provides free essentials like food, clothing, and blankets, and invites patients and Native community members to consult with our social services specialists for information on local resources.
This program provides information for Native American Veterans, including ones experiencing homelessness. OKCIC shares these resources in a simple format in order to serve the Native population better.
Our dedicated social services team provides invaluable support, connecting patients and community members with essential resources such as food, clothing, and information about local programs and services.
